Developing Yourself as a Leader—Virtual is a live online program that enables high-potential, emerging leaders to engage directly with Harvard Business School faculty and personal development mentors without having to travel to campus and interrupt work schedules. Through the process, they strengthen their ability to achieve greater results in their current role, while proactively developing the leadership skills needed for their next one.
Through a rich learning experience that includes live online case discussions, self-paced learning, and personal development mentors you will assess, design, and prepare for your leadership trajectory. You will have self-assessments that identify your leadership profile and the opportunity to design and map out the leader you strive to be.
