This course introduces the important aspects of managing a business in a global environment. It addresses decision making in connection with communications, marketing, human relations, managing people, corporate social responsibility and managerial ethics, issues affecting efficiency, and it provides the framework for making sound decisions among competing strategic priorities and objectives.
