Course description

Women Leading Change begins with three days of intensive, interactive sessions to set you and your peers on a collaborative learning journey focused on your personal leadership aims and strategic plan of action. In the following weeks, you will have structured opportunities for personal reflection and peer mentoring. Later, you will reconvene for two more intensive days of online classes and group exercises to reflect on area of progress and challenge, which will set the stage for four more weeks of reflective and interactive exercises designed to help you apply new tools and insights. Finally, you will convene for a final session to take stock and plan forward.
